These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.kalimorastyle.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Kalimorastyle LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Kalimorastyle”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and measurements accurately. Colors may vary slightly between screens, and measurements may vary by up to 0.5 inch due to the nature of garment production. Please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Kalimorastyle name, logo, designs, product photography, and text, is owned by or licensed to Kalimorastyle LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalimorastyle LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.
