Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, plus APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally yet.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with tracking. No minimum purchase.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivered in 3–7 business days (7–12 for Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and APO/FPO).

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@kalimorastyle.com within 12 hours of ordering. If it has not shipped yet, we will update or cancel it.

Sizing & Products

How do your clothes fit?

Our pieces have a modern, tailored fit: not slim, not boxy. Each product page has a size chart with chest, length, and sleeve measurements. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

Will the clothes shrink?

Our cotton fabrics are pre-shrunk. Wash cold and tumble dry low, or hang dry, to keep the fit and color.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes. Core colors and sizes are restocked regularly. Join our newsletter to hear first.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free within the U.S.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Size and color exchanges are free within 30 days. Email us and we will send a prepaid label.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, depending on availability at checkout.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. The whole site uses SSL encryption, and payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers. We never see or store your full card number.
